Yoga no, ho inserito alcune asana di Yoga Kundalini ma non credo che rilassino molto, le ho messe per aumentare l&amp;#39;energia. Ho intenzione di inserire nei prossimi mesi alcune lezioni di Tai Chi, ma più per aumentare la coscienza corporea e l stabilità, che per altro. La respirazione è un buon sistema se abbinata alla visualizzazione e con dinamiche personalizzate, ad esempio se il soggetto vive in inspirazione si lavora sull&amp;#39;espirazione abbinandoci un lavoro sul diaframma e lo psoas.&lt;br /&gt;Se lavoro invidualmente sull&amp;#39;atleta opero direttamente con techniche come il cranio sacrale che ottiene risultati eccezionali una volta che l&amp;#39;atleta si è abituato all&amp;#39;idea.
